    Proper Advice's coaching system is specifically designed for the small/medium business.

    Our system uses a framework where the organisation develops a strategic plan to guide, develop and grow the business while under the close supervision of an experienced and qualified business advisor and financial planner.

Full Coaching
Proper Advice provides a successful, unique coaching program to increase your sales and/or increase your profits.
Our 12 month coaching identifies your strengths and weakness, provides solutions and regular tasks for you to improve your business.
One of our coaches will spend a half a day with you in your business, to get a better understanding of the issues affecting you. A fact find is completed and a report written highlighting the areas that need improving. We then develop a 12 step process to be completed over the year.
We concentrate on improving your weakness as this is what is holding you back. “Your weakest links in the chain”.
Monthly tasks are set and we meet or by phone discuss how you are going and what else needs to be done.

Business Analysis
If you believe your business is going well, maybe a business analysis is needed to find your blind spots. Areas of your business that potentially in the future can cause major problems. We will identify these and provide solutions to ensure these potential problems don’t become uncontrollable.
 
Workshops
Proper advice can run internal workshops for you and your staff, to ensure the vision and goals you have set will be achieved. A great way to improve bonding and new ideas! Quarterly we run seminars which are open to the general public, or we can design a unique seminar for your next conference.
